Amore opened its doors in May 2024, when brothers Erind and Gledis Hysenaj set out with one simple vision: bring the true taste of Italy to Levittown. Every sauce is simmered slowly, every gnocchi rolled by hand, every plate built from the freshest ingredients we can find.

Chef Erind is self-taught — thirteen years in restaurant kitchens before opening a place of his own. It's a family-owned kitchen, and it shows: regulars greeted by name, recipes perfected by hand, and portions that assume you're hungry.
